** All classes with the exception of Cycle 45mins are included in our PT and group packs. No bookings are required for classes, except cycle class.

NOTE:  Cycle classes are limited to 5 people only, bookings essential

Group Fitness Classes & Timetables

Choose from a range of exercise classes designed for all ages and fitness levels. All group exercise sessions run for 55 minutes and cater for all fitness levels. Classes are held at our fitness studio in Mitcham.

Remember – no joining fees or contracts, just results.
