BE free of your back pain

BE free of your back pain

As a rehab specialist I see people in everyday life who feel that living with back pain is normal. Thinking Back Pain is something that they just have to put up with!

If this is you let me break this thought process NOW. That is a lie! If you can go pain free for 1 min you can go pain free for one day, one year, 100yrs. I know this sounds to simple but it is true.

If you have had ongoing back pain there is a good chance you have what is termed a negative feedback loop enhancing your pain. This is when the body tells the brain that it hurts to more, so that brain saids don’t move. You move because you have to (life), it hurts again so the body said’s ouch, so the brain makes it harder to move by increasing your sensitive to movement and hence increasing the pain you experience. This leads to stiff joins, weaker muscles, depression and more pain!

Is this you?

You need to break this cycle. Start with 5 simple steps that can help reduce your back pain and in a number of cases even set you free from BACK PAIN!!!!!
