As a rehab specialist I see people in everyday life who feel that living with back pain is normal. It is something you have to just put up with and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it! This is when the body tells the brain not move, you move because you have to (life), it hurts so the brain makes it harder to move increasing sensitive to movement and pain`. You need to break this cycle.
