We take the BOOT out of bootcamp, but still get results

Our Bootcamp (Group Personal Training) is not your typical bootcamp type session, there is no YELLING, or SCREAMING, and no running around with tyres over your head. Our sessions are based on exercise must be fun, if you are enjoying the session you will come back and get much better results.

What if it Rains?

Lifestyle Essentials Nunawading facility has both an indoor and an outdoor training venue, you do not get freezing cold or soaking wet in winter. However, when the weather is nice we go outside and enjoy the fresh air and sun. You get to stay fit and health all year round.

But I have Kids:

Lifestyle Essentials runs personal training sessions at 6am session and a 9.30am session, so you can set the alarm and come and train before work prior to the kids being up, or once you have dropped them off at school come and train.

Saturday morning at 7.30am you can bring them with you, you will train in one group and the kids can participate in our Kids Fitness Program (it could not be easier)

I am not Fit Enough:

And until you start training you won’t be. To honesty I think everyone is always concerned about their level of fitness and whether or not you can keep up with the group. Our group personal training is specifically designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are a super fit mum or a harden triathlete or just someone who would like to get back into exercise we can and will cater for you!

How do I start?

Join our 12 week personal training program, for only $56 per week, this includes up to four sessions per week, full nutritional advice and diet, boxing gloves, yoga mat, monthly educational seminars, MP4 videos of educational seminars, a bi monthly newsletter and a 45min massage. If you join prior to the end June you will receive a 2 one on one personal training sessions with one of our trainers to give you a kick start (valued at $110).

Our head personal trainer Simon Fox has over 16yrs experience in the Fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation specialist. He has been involved in educating trainers on how to become personal trainers and over the last 7yrs has trained over 3000 personal trainers. Simon is a father of two as well as running his own business, so he understands the demands work, family and just life will place on you.
