Group Fitness Timetable
Please note ONLY 8 PEOPLE PER GROUP – with bookings required if you are not booked you can only participate if there is space
You can only book in ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE for groups – book with the trainer at the completion of group.
Unlimited groups pack defined as ONE GROUP PER DAY

All groups are located at Lifestyle Essentials unless otherwise specified
All groups are 50mins in duration unless otherwise outlined
** Older adult groups are held at the corresponding church hall**
Tuesday – Anglican All Saints Church
Thursday – Saint Johns Church hall
Group Fitness Classes & Timetables
Choose from a range of exercise classes designed for all ages and fitness levels. All group exercise sessions run for 55 minutes and cater for all fitness levels. Classes are held at our fitness studio in Mitcham.
Remember – no joining fees or contracts, just results.
