Dr Jasmine Laird
Jasmine completed her osteopathic degree at RMIT University. While studying she developed a pssion for helping people, community health and wellbeing. Jasmine enjoys treating a variety of people with many different conditions through RMIT Clinic. Partnered with her passion for physical activity and exercise, allows her to develop proactive movement-based treatment plans so her patients can enjoy a pain – free lifestyle.
Dr Jayden Dhar
Jayden completed his Masters of Osteopathy at Victoria University. He describes himself as a ‘people’s person’ that is able to treat all kinds of pain through a variety of techniques. Jayden’s experience includes placement at the University College of Osteopathy in London where he was able to work in various departments, including sports rehabilitation, General Practitioner and HIV-AIDS clinics. He also currently works at Norwood Football Club as the head trainer dealing with different type of acute sporting injuries.
Ben van der Westhuizen
As an osteopath at Lifestyle Essentials, Ben does more than just treat pain. Ben’s philosophy is to first tackle your symptoms, and then work with you to tailor specific plans to improve your strength, stability and function so that you can shake your injuries off for good.
Our Massage Therapist
Kat is a Remedial Massage therapist currently studying Myotherapy at RMIT University.
She completed Sports Development and Events Management at Holmesglen Tafe in 2017 and ran programs for primary schools to motivate young children to be involved in sport.
Our Personal Trainers
Simon Fox is the man in charge. He has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 16 years. During this time he has worked in gyms, personal training studios, outdoor venues and even owned and operated a registered training organisation that certified personal trainers and massage therapists.

Michael has been in the Fitness industry for 7 years and has worked with a large variety of clients.
He has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Michael is a friendly and caring person who will help push you to achieve your fitness, weight-loss and strength goals.
Michael has worked with local basketball and football teams to help improve their strength and conditioning in their preseasons.
Chrissy was worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 4yrs. Christina specialises in with pre and post natal mums, pre and post menopausal women and the maturer adults.
Amir is an energetic and experienced coach with more than ten years of experience in conducting one- on-one and group training sessions in upscale fitness studios and gyms with strong background in Bodybuilding, Kickboxing, Boxing, Ju-Jitsu, Mixed Material Arts (MMA) and Self-defense. He is fully capable of providing advanced training in metabolic and body type testing, nutrition and weight management consulting. Adept at creating a warm environment in which clients of all ages can successfully achieve health and wellness goals.
