Simon Fox

Simon Fox

Simon Fox is the man in charge. He has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 16 years. During this time he has worked in gyms, personal training studios, outdoor venues and even owned and operated a registered training organisation that certified personal trainers and massage therapists.

He has a BSc with hons on Human Anatomy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Diploma of Fitness (Fitness Therapist) as well as being a Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist.

Michael Beaton

Michael Beaton

Michael has been in the Fitness industry for  7 years and has worked with a large variety of clients.

He has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Michael is a friendly and caring person who will help push you to achieve your fitness, weight-loss and strength goals. 

Michael has worked with local basketball and football teams to help improve their strength and conditioning in their preseasons.

Qualifications/ Achievements 

  • Cert 3/4 fitness
  • FMA level 1
  • Working with Children and Older Adults

Graduated University majoring in International Relations.

Captain of the Australian National Ice Hockey Junior Team at the World Championships 

Played for Australia in the 2010 World Championships (Mens Senior Team)

Played for the Melbourne Ice Ice Hockey Team in the Australian National Ice Hockey League (2007-2010)

Chrissy was worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 4yrs. Christina specialises in with pre and post natal mums, pre and post menopausal women and the maturer adults.

Amir Tahmoures

Amir Tahmoures

Amir is an energetic and experienced coach with more than ten years of experience in conducting one- on-one and group training sessions in upscale fitness studios and gyms with strong background in Bodybuilding, Kickboxing, Boxing, Ju-Jitsu, Mixed Material Arts (MMA) and Self-defense. He is fully capable of providing advanced training in metabolic and body type testing, nutrition and weight management consulting. Adept at creating a warm environment in which clients of all ages can successfully achieve health and wellness goals. 

In addition, he is a retired fighter who fought in many competitions around the world and been deep in fitness industry since he can remember. He can help you with what ever your goal is, from losing weight to gaining muscles, from being a normal healthy individual to winning highest levels of competitions, from living a healthy fun life to living as a champion. He have been involved in all levels of fitness for so many years that he can strongly tell you ”Don’t worry, you are in good hands”.

Qualifications

Just to list a few, he has Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, Body building, Strength and conditioning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu coach and referee. He is also a self-defense expert who can help you and your loved ones learn how to defend yourself in different situations.
