When I first joined Lifestyle Essentials in October of 2012, I was overweight, lethargic and not feeling particularly good about myself. In the 14 months since then Lifestyle Essentials have helped me to transform not only the way I look, but the way I feel. I have lost around ten kilos, and now have a toned, taut midriff. I have taken up running, and in 2013 I have completed the 10 km event at the Melbourne Marathon and the 14 km City2Sea event.
I now have my sights set on a half-marathon! The changes in the way I look and feel have given me a huge boost in my self-esteem which has flowed on to other areas of my life- at work, socially and in relationships. I cannot speak highly enough of Simon and the team at Lifestyle Essentials: they have been behind me every step of the way with their dedication, expertise and encouragement
